Interest Rates are continuing to improve today. They have not been this good since November 2, 2007 and are still very close to the lowest rates we’ve seen in 07. The Fed Minutes are tomorrow @ 2:00pm. Traders will be looking for hints about cutting rates or not in the December 11 th Fed Meeting.

15 Fixed = 5.375%

3/1 Int Only Arm = 5.000%

5/1 Int Only Arm = 5.500%

7/1 Int Only Arm = 5.625%

0% (No Points)

30 Fixed = 6.125%

15 Fixed = 5.750%

3/1 Int Only Arm = 5.625%

5/1 Int Only Arm = 6.000%

7/1 Int Only Arm = 6.125%
